Cristina Marinucci is a seasoned commercial, marketing and insights leader with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation across multiple categories and channels within the CPG industry.
Currently serving as Global Vice President, Growth & Omni Commercial Insights at Mondelēz International, she leads a global team connecting foresight, consumer and shopper insights, and commercial analytics into integrated growth strategies from media to shelf. Some notable achievements at Mondelez include co-designing their Growth Philosophy and 6P (full funnel) activation framework, aligning category, brand, shopper, and commercial strategies into one end-to-end system that unlocks sustainable, category-led growth with retailers worldwide.
A recognized unified commerce leader and AI advocate, Cristina focuses on collapsing the gap between signal and action; using data, retail media, and AI to shape “triple win” solutions that create value for shoppers, retailers, and brands. She previously led Global Shopper Excellence at Mondelēz, establishing the company as a world-class shopper organization.
Cristina’s career spans senior roles in shopper, ecommerce, brand and insights at Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo, Reckitt, Mars, GSK, Pernod Ricard, and M&M Mars, giving her an omni 360° understanding across marketing, sales, and insights. She also co-founded Better Life Ventures, a CBD and plant extract wholesale business that became a top-three global wholesaler on Alibaba, sharpening her expertise in platforms, algorithms, and conversion in fast-moving marketplace environments.
She is the co-host of SHeCOMMERCE, a podcast that explores the future of unified commerce, retail media, and AI through real-talk conversations with leaders reshaping the CPG and commerce ecosystem, while spotlighting women who are rewriting the rules of leadership and growth.
Cristina’s work has been recognized with multiple industry honors, including the Path to Purchase Institute’s Women of Excellence Award for Industry Impact, The Lead Direct 60, and Brandon Hall Group Awards for commercial capability building, alongside numerous internal awards for innovation, marketing effectiveness, and leadership. She holds a B.S. in Marketing and International Business from Manhattan College and an MBA from NYU Stern.
